We as human have a talent to come up with an idea, but because of the good and bad teaching from our childhood, our brain has been blocked by so many times by many people.
Most of the time we follow our routine every day on doing things, and sometimes those things make us boring, nevertheless our brains are very talented and can create and analyze good or bad ideas, and that same brain can become very creative on our goal/purpose. One of the greatest person said ”THE MAN WITH A NEW IDEA IS A CRANK UNTIL THE IDEA SUCCEEDS”._ MARK TWAIN
When we come up with an idea, our personality is controlled by the new idea, because our instincts have to follow the new idea style, so that way we can get the expected result. The new idea might bring obstacles, unexpected challenges, but as long we are firm in our goal, there’s nothing that can distract us.
One of the examples is when we work for someone, for a company or even for an organization. We do our best so we can get pay worthy of our efforts, we use our talent to improve there, we work hard so the boss can see some result in us, but once in awhile we may get lazy as that is human nature. At the end of the day we are still under someone else’s idea. The only difference between our idea and other’s idea, when we work for someone, we keep about 20% of the success, and the boss takes the 80%. As my personal recommendation, you can keep working under someone’s idea or goal which is the same, but you should work more to have your own idea, the harvest will be just yours, and I am sure you will be happier and prouder of yourself then just get a promotion from the boss once in while. When you work under your own idea, you can succeed as many times as you want, at the time you want and with whomever you want which you can’t do when you are doing things under someone’s idea.
